  • Manage the Executive Director 's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Attending meetings with Executive Director when required and preparing minutes/reports.
  • Handling all incoming calls and visitors to Executive Director 's office.
  • Attend to clients’ requests and enquiries including meeting clients when necessary.
  • Follow up agendas from meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Director, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Secretarial support on all work and administration tasks for the Executive Director.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure and able to handle multi-task.
  • Able to work after office hour, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
  • Must possess driving license.
