- Assist in tendering, contract preparation, and procurement processes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address cost-related issues.
- Suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts for completed projects.
- At least a Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS) may be required.
- Ability to work in both office and site environments.
- Reside in Johor or be willing to work in Johor.
