Your responsibilities will be to: - To assist in implementing all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the Property Development and Construction system. - To assist in preparing Main and Sub-Contract documents including Bill of Quantities, Specification and etc. for tender. - To assist in preparing cost estimate, tendering, evaluation, analysis and tender report. - To assist in preparing recommendation Contract Award paper for Management approval. - To check, validate site valuation and measurement, recommend to Management Contractor’s progress payment, variation and Final Account for Main Contracts and Sub-Contracts; To process Consultant’s fee claims, verify and recommend payment for Suppliers. - To assist in preparing Pre-Qualification and update the Approved Contractors and Consultants List for Management Approval and to monitor Contractors and Consultants performance/feedback on matters arise. - To assist in compiling cost plan and data for future project planning, pertaining to construction and development cost and to update the cost information on building materials. - To assist in value engineering to achieve optimum cost in compliance with the required quality. - To assist in cost control, method statement, procedures, programs and project cash flow forecast. - To prepare project budget for project feasibility report to be approved by management. To be eligible for this role, you will require: - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. - Must have at least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in QS (Construction / - Developer/ Consultant firm) field is required for this position. - Senior/semi-senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. - Preferable candidate with experienced in handling Government projects. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written. - Must be PC literate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Autocad and the ability to learn specialist software. Knowledge of Bluebeam/Glodon software will be an added advantage. - Posses good and positive attitude.
