- Overall responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management account reports
- Day-to-day administration of the Finance operations
- Overall responsible for month end closing activities
- Review journal entries
- Review and prepare variance analysis for revenue, gross profit and expenses
- Overall responsible for the review and accuracy of commission payable of the company
- Review of balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and expenses schedules
- Responsible for Intercompany reconciliations
- Responsible for tax compliance activities which includes tax filing, tax estimations and compilation of tax related information
- Compile and review audit schedules
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or finalist in professional qualification in ACCA or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-3 years working experience with reputable organization in relevant field or a reputable audit firm.
- Proficient and hands-on in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Power Query will be advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision making and analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work independently and under pressure and commit time to meet deadline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
