- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Familiarity with Malaysia’s Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
