- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly atmosphere
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage items
- Serve coffee, pastries, and other food items to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service station
- Clear tables and reset them for new customers
- Process customer payments accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory checks and report low stock to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude & ability to work collaboratively with other staff
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and menu items is beneficial
- Must be willing to work during retail hours. (include public holidays and weekends)
