Operations Technician / Plant Operator (Competent Chargeman)

Plant Operation • Perform meter reading of consumption of gas, fuel and energy • Check and “make safe” permit to work system. • Organise team member for operational work. • Operate the plant based on standard prudent utility practices. • Execute Shift Operation Instruction. • Execute switching work. Report, Policies and Procedures • Execute and Implement P&P and maintain compliance to relevant statutory regulations/requirements. • Log on plant operator log book for daily activities, incident and trip. Environment, Health & Safety • Execute the Environment, Health & Safety (“EHS”) activities within the plant. • Implement and maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Risk Management • Execute risk management system, policies and procedures to minimize the risk in the most possible and effective way Asset Management • Assist to manage, plan, operate and maintain the asset to meet availability • Assist to manage business safely, reliability and economically • Assist to identify and manage risk to minimize asset exposure Compulsory to have ICE and Steam Boiler Driver 1st Grade or Chargeman
