Job Description
1. To manage general office administrative duties and clerical works.
2. To prepare material order list, & coordinate with suppliers for ordering and delivery process.
3. To prepare project paperwork
4. To perform administrative duties including incoming/outgoing emails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing, and organization of documents for easy retrieval and in securely manner.
5. To manage daily documentations and filings.
6. To manage all book-keeping activities
7. Verifying monthly expenses staff claims
8. Responsible for the overall daily coordination with relevant departments.
9. To prepare correspondence and records, undertake special assignments, ad-hoc matters, and duties as and when necessary.
10. To organize and keep the office organized, clean and tidy.
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency in Microsoft office, including word, excel and power point.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4. Possess good command of both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia
