Due to our continuous expansion plans, we are now urgently looking for suitably qualified service staff in our PENANG BRANCH @ Butterworth SALES ENGINEERS/EXECUTIVES Key Responsibilities:- - Identify potential customers and market opportunities in both government and private sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Deliver sales pitches and prepare proposals. - Provide technical advice and sell solutions to meet client needs. - Offer customer support and recommend new opportunities for growth. - Work closely with the engineering/production team to address client requirements. - Prepare reports, quotations, and sales orders. - Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical knowledge. - Network effectively and adopt best practices in sales. Skill / Attributes / Competencies:- - Diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering. - At least 2 years of technical sales experience in electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering. - Experience with CNC machine tools or B2B sales is a bonus. - Willing to travel. - Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly. - Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. - Keen interest in staying updated with machinery and technology trends. - Good spoken and written communication skills. - Proficient in using computers. - A team player who collaborates well with others.
