Job Description: We are seeking temporary staff to to support the Faculties of Education and Humanities (FEH), Business (FOB), and Science and Information Technology (SIT) during the parallel run. These roles are crucial in ensuring smooth operations during the advance enrollment period, Add/Drop activities in January, and other time-sensitive academic tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1) Accurately input and update student enrollment data into the system. 2) Verify enrollment details for completeness and accuracy. 3) Assist in processing and recording Add/Drop requests during the January period. 4) Communicate with faculty members and students regarding enrollment changes. 5) Collaborate with the existing Faculty Managers (FMs) and Faculty Executives (FEs) to address timetable clashes. 6) Ensure updates to timetables are correctly reflected in the system. 7) Provide administrative assistance to the faculties during the parallel run. 8) Support data management and report preparation as needed. 9) Respond to student and faculty inquiries related to enrollment and timetable changes. 10) Maintain organized records of all enrollment and Add/Drop activities. Qualifications: -Minimum Diploma in Administration, Business, or related field. -Able to work and commute to the Main Campus in Kelana Jaya -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). -Excellent data entry and organizational skills. -Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. -Good communication skills to handle queries from students and staff. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Who Can Apply: -This role is open to Malaysian students, fresh graduates, and retirees.
