Accounting Executive

Job title: Human Resource Executive Type of Employment: Full-time Rate: RM 2,500 - 3,500 Office Location: Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru, Malaysia Working hours: flexi working hours We are on the hunt for competitive and active Human Resource Generalists that will help the current HR Global Team of Initia run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, assisting compensation and benefits, and timekeeping/ leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. THE JOB: • Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to off boarding • Support Singapore and Malaysia HR Manager on all HR related matters. • Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities. • Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement) • Manage employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis • Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters and bonus letters • Apply for a work visa /work permit and oversea quota • Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check-up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment. • Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors WHAT TO EXPECT: • Candidates might require to travel to SG • Government statutory benefits • Guaranteed Career Progression • Annual Leave • Staff Discounts • Medical Claims • Birthday Cash Voucher • Energetic & innovative work culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. • At least 2-3 years proven work experience as an HR Professional • Good communications and writing skills • Result-oriented and goal-driven • Has excellent organizational and time management skills • Proactive and good interpersonal skills • Knowledge of employment laws ABOUT US: INITIA GROUP is the biggest brand concept leader in Singapore & Malaysia.
