Ensure all records and transactions of sales & purchasing are updated and issued accordingly. Upkeep and maintain accounting systems and IT (servers) are in good working conditions. Important information, data are backup accordingly and periodically. Upkeep & maintain all company equipment by doing proper labelling & recording. Do regular checking on the equipment condition. Ensure that all sales rep stock are always top up. Implement DOSH policy and monitor it. Maintain cleanliness in admin room, inventories racks to ensure inventories and stock are free from contaminations. Maintain cleanliness of premises by checking on cleaners performance and pest control effectiveness. Report immediately to superior upon any problems found which are not documented for subsequent actions. Organize logistic requirement.
