OPERATION SUPERVISOR

To ensure the smooth running of production operations during the shift. Assign work activities and schedules for Production Operators in his shift and supervising their implementation in relation to production. Having experience in the port field is preferable Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To ensure monthly production is effectively planned and executed 2. To advise and to guide production team the path to improve work method, reduce bottleneck, improve productivity and reduce wastage. 3. Monitor and expedite work-in-progress and quality control of finished goods. 4. To assign works and to supervise subordinates/workers under guidelines from appropriate management and to instill good morale among the workforce. 5. To request necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure smooth operations. 6. To furnish daily production summary accordingly. 7. To verify production team’s attendance, approve overtime and leave application of all workers. 8. To ensure high standard of housekeeping practice is maintained, i.e. the workplace remains clean and the safe use of equipment is well informed to promote a safe and conductive working environment. 9. To ensure safety and health measures are implemented effectively at workplace. 10. To perform other relevant duties reasonably, whenever required.
