As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to achieve AgroV’s growth objectives. Your mission is to drive ticket sales, attract visitors, enhance brand awareness, and position AgroV as a must-visit destination in the region. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the launch of a world-class attraction. Shape Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with AgroV’s goals and project timelines. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives. 2. Sales Management: Drive the business to achieve revenue targets and KPIs for ticketing and visitor numbers. Develop sales plans, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and revenue forecasting. Build and manage a high-performing sales team to support revenue growth. 3. Marketing Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels. Optimize resource allocation within the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. 4. Brand Management: Build and maintain AgroV’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all materials and platforms. Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Monitor public perception of the brand and proactively address opportunities or challenges. 5. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and stakeholders. Represent AgroV at industry events, PR conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build networks. 6. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new customer segments, emerging trends, and growth opportunities. Gather insights from customers to refine marketing strategies and enhance visitor experiences. Monitor competitors and market dynamics to stay competitive. 7. Ticketing Operations: Develop ticketing strategies encompassing pricing, promotions, and distribution channels. Oversee the implementation of a seamless, user-friendly ticketing platform for online and on-site sales. Analyze ticket sales data to refine strategies and maximize revenue. 8. Guest Relations & Customer Experience: Design and implement guest relations programs to ensure a memorable visitor experience. Maintain high standards of customer service from ticketing to on-site interactions. Serve as the primary liaison for VIP guests and key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met. 9. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional and operational events before and after the park’s opening. Manage the event calendar to align with sales and marketing objectives. Build relationships with event planners, vendors, and influencers to increase event visibility and success. Shape Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or event management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results. Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media and analytics.
