Job Summary: The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food/beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is vital to creating a positive experience for all customers visiting the kiosk. ~ WE SERVE ALCHOHOL AND PORK IN CERTAIN OUTLETS (NON HALAL)~ Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: • Greet customers promptly and courteously. • Take orders accurately and process payments (cash, card, mobile). • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Food & Beverage Preparation: • Prepare and serve menu items (snacks, beverages, etc.) according to the kiosk’s guidelines. • Ensure all food items are fresh and presented neatly. • Follow hygiene and safety protocols for food handling. Store Maintenance: • Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times. • Regularly sanitize work areas and equipment. • Restock supplies as needed and report any shortages to the supervisor. Operations Support: • Assist in opening and closing procedures. • Keep track of inventory and report discrepancies. • Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement. Requirements: • Minimum PMR, SPM or equivalent. • Experience in customer service or F&B is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic math skills for handling transactions. • Team player and positive attitude. Working Conditions: • Full-time/Part-time positions available. • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Standing for long periods and working in a small kiosk setting.
