- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls for Dom BIS Sales Enquiries, Main Line and Operator queue
- Liaise with Business Unit on status of service request
- Assisting customers to register product warranty online
- Receive inquiries on consumable and print head
- Process consumable orders
- Help customers with basic how-to guides
- Any assignment as assigned by the immediate superior or HOD
- Ensure all follow-ups are done on time
- Ensure all SLA’s are met appropriately
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a professional manner
- Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with the customer throughout the experience
- Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Role: Customer Service (Cantonese Speaker)
Job Location: Sunway Geo (100% onsite)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Must be Chinese (Due to business requirement on language) + Cantonese language
- At least 2-3 years experience in Customer service call centre – Idea to have experience in supporting Hong Kong market before.
- Can speak Cantonese well + writing during conversation in simplified Manddarin. Understanding Hong Kong Cantonese
- Open to less experience candidate but excellent in Cantonese language command in speaking and writing.
- Business Operation: Agent work 5 days a week and agent will need to take turn work on Saturday. (1 month maybe 2 days need to work sat). Agent can arrange a day off on weekdays if work on sat.
