Working Arrangement : Work From Home (WFH)

Remarks : Required to attend training physically during the first 3 days of works.

Shift arrangements: Weekend shifts included

1. Morning : 10am-7pm

2. Evening/Night: 4pm-1am

3. Midnight/Graveyard: 1am-10am

Job Scope

1. Be responsible for the curation of marketplace content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the listings

2. Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories

3. Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, make necessary curation based on it.

4. Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions

5. Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Requirements

- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcome to apply

- Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required

- Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms

- Preferable Mandarin Speakers

Details:

Basic salary + Shift Allowance+ Attendance incentives - if the staff does not apply any sick leave or unpaid leave

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,400.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
