  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field experiences more than 2 years .
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking english.
  • Computer skills –Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Accounting softwares ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment & working independently.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
