SR Assembly Technician

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Read and interpret technical engineering schematics and diagrams. • Assemble electrical wiring and assembly • Practice electrical safety regulations and protocols • Assemble and install mechanical components • Test assemblies per industry standards and/or engineering specifications • Trouble shooting and problem solving • Coordination and collaboration with engineers to resolve problems and install permanent solutions • Receive parts and perform audits (Inspecting parts for defects) to ensure it meets quality standards prior to install • Conduct On-Job Training to new and junior member when required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Certified electrical and electronic technician at minimum Diploma or equivalent is a plus • Minimum 3 years in electrical/electronic wiring assembly background in semiconductor industry • Has a passion for hands-on role, comfortable to work in cleanroom environment • Comfortable with being called-up for possible equipment breakdown and working overtime hours whenever needed • Good work ethics, integrity, team player Physical dexterity and ability to work in tight spaces and awkward positions
