Snr. Electrical Engineer

Responsible for managing and supervising subordinates and ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations; Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy integration in mining operations; Evaluate components within electrical systems applications for the entire electrical and instrumentation in the mine, plant and jetty areas; Monitor and analyze energy consumption data, recommending improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact; Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget; Conduct power and instrument troubleshooting and testing for high and low voltage equipment together with competent personnel; Requirements: Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Instrumentations/ Electrical and Electronics and equivalent. Possess 7-10 years experience in related field. Experience in mining industry will be added advantages. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and guiding teams on complex projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, ETAP, or other related software). Willingness to travel for site inspections or project meetings, if required.
