Job Description: - Lead and motivate the purchasing team to meet goals. - Manage purchasing activities, ensuring material availability to meet customer demands. - Monitor KPIs (DOI, OTD, OIX) and improve inventory flow. - Track internal metrics like unconfirmed POs and aging items. - Drive process improvements and handle additional tasks as needed. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of procurement experience, 3+ in management. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and ERP skills. - Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
