Mokky's Pizza and Coffee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to manage all company documentation. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth documentation handling and overall office organization.

  • Organize, maintain, and manage all company documentation, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Prepare and process internal reports, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation security.
  • Support management in daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure timely and accurate record updates.

    Working Hours

    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
