- Addressing guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the room attendants.
- Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Training new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel policies. Providing ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. Placing orders and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Managing lost and found items, ensuring they are logged, stored securely, and returned to guests when claimed.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- 2-3 years as Room Attendant in Housekeeping.
- Able work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
- Full of work enthusiasm and team work awareness.
- Candidate must have skills in cleaning.
- Duty Meal provided.
