We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of Hideout Café. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high operational standards, and ensure the smooth running of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, including staff schedules, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Ensure the café complies with food safety and health regulations.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise café staff to provide excellent customer service.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Customer Experience:
Ensure all customers have an outstanding experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Financial Management:
Manage the café’s budget, monitor sales performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of daily income and expenses.
Marketing and Promotions:
Work with the team to plan and execute promotions to attract new customers.
Leverage social media and other platforms to increase visibility and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a café manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and inventory management.
Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to excellence.
