  • Assisting HR daily operations and staff enquiry.
  • Handle HR administrative and Company staff activities.
  • Compile and Checking staff personal file (hard and soft copies).
  • Able to handle staff full set of payrolls (headcount is 20 staffs).
  • Checking the staff claim, leave, and attendance.
  • Responsible to issue all type of general staff letters include recruitment.
  • Must ensure all the documents filling in proper and uptodate.
  • Assist on new hire orientation, resignation process.
  • Other HR duties as instructed by HOD.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resource supports.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources /administrative position
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Offices and hands on experience with HR2000 software
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Able to work independently, pleasant, self-discipline and self-motivated.
  • Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
