  • Perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
  • Check and monitor customers’ invoices / payment issues.
  • Ensure proper and accurate documents filing.
  • Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, administrative tasks and ensure general meeting of deadline.
  • To handle general administrative duties.

  • Proficient in computer usage and basic office software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
