- Handle and manage multiple accounting entries
- Perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.
- Check and monitor customers’ invoices / payment issues.
- Ensure proper and accurate documents filing.
- Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, administrative tasks and ensure general meeting of deadline.
- To handle general administrative duties.
- Payroll checking
- Proficient in computer usage and basic office software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
