Position title: Quality Assurance Analyst (Japanese) Roles & Responsibilities: (Dual Lingual: Japanese language & English language) Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline At least, 2 years industry experience in Quality Assurance Native Language skills of JLPT N1/N2. English Language proficiency of B1 and above. Prior Product Specialist experience preferred. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs. Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA Principal responsibility: Meet the Minimum Skills Requirements as a monitor. Monitor transaction (Email, Chats & Calls audits) / units as per the prescribed guidelines and schedule. Assess the quality and accuracy of the calls monitored, including financial and compliance accuracy. Provide feedback to the Analysts. Provide feedback to the Trainers (as appropriate) Implement process / analyst corrective action as required. Generate the accuracy scores and send the report to all concerned. Maintain ‘program quality’ related client interactions. Critical Skills required: Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements. Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across the production floor. Ability to think analytically. Good interpersonal skills. Good product knowledge supported with excellent communications & presentation skills. Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Workdays and work hour: Hybrid : Working in office 2 to 3 days and working from home/ remotely for remaining days Mon = 10am to 7pm and Tues to Fri = 9am to 6pm Work Location: Menara Sentrum 1, No. 201, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia
