Leader Online Packing

a) Ensure smooth operation of daily production matches with planning schedule, be responsible for production output, product quality. b) Ensure on line packing layering processes and packaging materials follow according to the white board plan schedule. c) To report to superior any layering processes and packaging materials any abnormal issued. d) Ensure follow SOP, Work Instructions and Checklist are follow and to meet product quantity and specification standards. e) Support on line packing activities and tools by performing regular schedule checking. t) To seek to continually improve existing equipment and on line packing activities. g) Manage and ensure packing processes always operates efficiently and safety. Follow up or to hands on if necessary in order no stoppage of operation as to meet daily requirement. h) Ensure packaging materials and spare parts are in good condition at all times. i) Supervise & control of operator discipline, work & PPE. j Maintain safety, neatness and clean operating condition at all times with daily proper housekeeping. k) Perform other duties as requested by Superior, this may include coverage of other operator's work that is on leave. l) Any other related tasks that may be assigned.
