Description
- Training Development: Create and update training materials and programs tailored to specific processes and equipment used in the plant.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate hands-on training sessions for new and existing employees on process line operations, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the training needs of employees and develop customized training plans to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor Performance: Observe and assess employee performance during training and on the job to ensure competency and adherence to standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all training includes a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain records of training sessions, employee progress, and assessments to ensure compliance and track development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management, engineers, and safety personnel to align training with operational goals and safety standards. Assist Dept to assign and track OJT program compliance by newly joint operators
- Conduct Assessment: Assist and co-assessor in conducting assessment to new staff confirmation, Field operators, panel operators and Trainee/Gees. Assist WPL to organize new panelman assessment together with TA/senior panelman.
- Turnaround support: Support Turnaround requirement as in upgrading Staff in handling Turnaround Task / Facilitate knowledge transfer.
- PECAS+: Part of the PECAS+ task force member to share knowledge, motivation and place of reference for any related issues on plant operation and PECAS +.
- Part of team Advisor: Place of reference to general issued related to the plant 1, trouble troubleshooting during plant upset or new OP development.
Requirement
- Has minimum five (5) years and above experience in any technical/non-technical field, subject to COMPANY requirement.
- Ability to prepare, produce report, advise for any technical/non-technical.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SAP ECC6 etc.
- Excellent interpret drawing/sketch/diagram and excellent in managing time.
- Degree in relevant field.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM99,999.00 per month
