Despatch Duties: • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and items promptly and securely. • Plan and prioritize delivery schedules based on urgency and importance. • Manage the stamping process for official documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate logs of despatch activities, including receipts and delivery confirmations. • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with care and discretion. 2. Administrative Support: • Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure office facilities are in good condition and functional. • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, furniture and fitting, Pest control etc. • Act as a liaison between departments for administrative and despatch-related needs. JOB REQUIREMENTS • SPM or equivalent • Proven experience in despatch or office administration roles. • Valid motor or car’s driving license and a clean driving record • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
