JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE

Job Summary: The Human Resources & General Affairs Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, not limited in recruitment, training & development, foreign worker and expatriate management, and general administrative task. Duties/Responsibilities: • Responsible in end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. • Manage onboarding to offboarding process for Foreign Worker and Expatriate matter • Responsible of all Training functions which include TNA, Yearly Training Plan, Training effectiveness, Training Procedure, Training Record Keeping, sourcing for training provider, Training budget, HRDCorp application and claim. • To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on company performance management related matters • To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on implementation on counselling session in SPSC. • To assist Assistant Manager (HOD) on implementation of Human Resources Policy and employee's handbook of terms and conditions. • To carry out for Company’s Event, Welfare program and external activities. • To carry out any task based on the current SOP. • To communicate with related Government authorities’ bodies. • To communicate with MISIF, MIHRM & MEF. • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Able to work independently under minimal supervision Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Counselling / Psychology or any related course • Diploma (with at least 2 years’ experience) Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology or any related course • Fresh graduate can apply – training will be provided • Preferred candidate that can join as soon as possible
