  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Post AR sales invoices and related AP invoices
  • Convert PDF or excel bank statements from portal to readable format by accounting system
  • Ensure that sales and costs reported are reconciled and balanced against bank or partner statements
  • Ensure that exceptions are investigated, reported and recorded on a timely basis
  • Recording of other non-trade AP/AR
  • Assist with any other admin matters
  • Degree/diploma in Accountancy or ACCA, CPA (or its equivalent);
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the fintech industry with cross border payment services / remittances companies will be a huge plus.
  • Meticulous, detailed and systematic in discharging his / her work;
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills in managing stakeholders and deliverables;
  • Resourceful and independent with positive work attitude in undertaking assignments with tight timelines;
  • Knowledge of XERO accounting system will be advantageous.
