We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Onboarding Executive cum Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing onboarding programs for new F&B clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive onboarding programs for new F&B clients, including training materials and documentation.
  • Conduct both physical and remote training sessions for new clients on how to effectively use our products and services.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating menus for F&B outlets, utilizing your creativity and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the F&B industry and our company's offerings.

  • Minimum SPM. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (preferred but not a must)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Creative thinking and menu creation experience are advantageous.
  • Must be able to work full-time in the office.
