Onboarding Customer Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Onboarding Executive cum Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing onboarding programs for new F&B clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum SPM. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (preferred but not a must)
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and POS systems is highly desirable.
- Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Creative thinking and menu creation experience are advantageous.
- Must be able to work full-time in the office.
