• To perform administrative and account duties • Handle full set of account and prepare monthly consolidated account summary • Responsible for preparing payment to vendor • Prepare billings to tenants and landlords • Collect Management Fee in arrears • General administration & bookkeeping duties e.g: preparing letters, issue receipts, filling, etc • Attending to customer feedback / complaints & applications • Liaise closely and maintain good rapport with tenants, landlords and contractors • Keeping of all records, manuals, drawings, service contracts and all other necessary documents • Compiling and keeping of all records and inventory listing of office equipment, tools and stocks used for operations and maintenance • Comply with proper procurement procedures • Responsible for the application and timely renewal as well as adherence to conditions of relevant licenses, permits and certificates. • Ensure timely settlement of statutory payments, utilities bills, outgoings and expenses. • Implementation of system of handling and recording enquiries, complaints and feedback • Ensure proper utilisation and control of the approved petty cash account • To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company from time to time. • Minimum Diploma in Administration/ Accounting, LCCI or relevant with at least 1 year working experience. • Good written and spoken English • Self-motivated, take ownership and able to work independently • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Customer service oriented, matured and trustworthy • Basic Computer (Microsoft Office) and math skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
