1. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, recommending products, and promoting special offers or promotions.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of our product range effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
3. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and help customers find the products they need.
4. Ensure the store is clean & tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain an orderly and attractive store environment.
5. Operate the POS System , process transactions accurately, and handle cash and card payments. Provide receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to company policies.
6. Work closely with other team members especially with Store Manager /Supervisor to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and support store operations.
7. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
Job Requirement:
1. Previous experience in retail industry or have live host experience.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Comfortable with swift working schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
6. Prefer who is willing to take multi-tasking with Live Host and Tiktok Content, generating extra incomes for the shop and to personal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
