Junior Automation Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY As an Automation Engineer, you'll contribute to building and maintaining reliable automated testing frameworks that ensure software quality meets the high standards our clients expect. You’ll work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to design automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer who enjoys problem-solving and optimizing test processes through automation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Automation Development and Maintenance  Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.  Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment.  Execute and monitor automated test suites, reporting issues and collaborating with developers to resolve defects. Framework and Tool Management  Collaborate on selecting, implementing, and maintaining automation tools and frameworks that suit project needs.  Ensure test scripts are reusable and optimized for performance across various environments. Collaboration and Process Improvement  Work closely with QA and development teams to align automation efforts with testing and project requirements.  Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing existing processes.  Document automation processes, test scripts, and results for clear communication with stakeholders.
