(e)To conduct quarterly 5’s activities. 6.Procurement System (a)Purchasing and planning strategy to reduce buying cost as per KPI. Working closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company. (b)To set up an evaluation team for any new source and monitor on sourcing of new alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value and service levels. (c)To responsible to monitor on operational issues and duties in purchasing for a wide range of raw materials and packaging materials. (d)Tender committee for price evaluation. 7.Staff Development (a)Conduct Essential hand on training for Competency gap. (b)To be responsible in the development, training, discipline, working attitude and performance of staff. 8.To assist on site’s Halal Certification. 9.To coordinate on site’s tender activity. 10.To assist Technical Services and NPD Teams in meeting new products introduction/launch and manufacturing process improvement timelines. 11.To participate actively in co-curricular and continual improvement programs initiated by management. 12.To ensure that all company’s confidentiality and information record are kept accordingly 13.To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
