ASSISTANT MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

1.Material Resource Planning (a)Material resource planning for raw & packaging material. (b)Material fulfillment planning. (c)Space management for warehouse. 2.Working Capital Management (a)Stock holding or buffer stock as per KPI. Maintaining optimum stock level for raw and packaging materials 3.Quality/Product Services (a)To monitor Supplier performance based on defect and delivery in full quantity. (b)To coordinate with Quality department on Supplier Audit program. 4.GMP/ISO Compliance/Audit (a)Zero major NCR either procurement and warehouse 5.Improvement Program/Project (Transformation). (a)To ensure all API raw material has a secure for 2nd approved source and DMF for product registration renewal. (b)To ensure all direct contact packaging material has a secure for 2nd approved source. For example, ampules, vial, PFS and cartridge components (c)To embedded cost saving initiatives for trade & non-trade procurement (d)To involve in sustainability project for packaging material. (e)To conduct quarterly 5’s activities. 6.Procurement System (a)Purchasing and planning strategy to reduce buying cost as per KPI. Working closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company. (b)To set up an evaluation team for any new source and monitor on sourcing of new alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value and service levels. (c)To responsible to monitor on operational issues and duties in purchasing for a wide range of raw materials and packaging materials. (d)Tender committee for price evaluation. 7.Staff Development (a)Conduct Essential hand on training for Competency gap. (b)To be responsible in the development, training, discipline, working attitude and performance of staff. 8.To assist on site’s Halal Certification. 9.To coordinate on site’s tender activity. 10.To assist Technical Services and NPD Teams in meeting new products introduction/launch and manufacturing process improvement timelines. 11.To participate actively in co-curricular and continual improvement programs initiated by management. 12.To ensure that all company’s confidentiality and information record are kept accordingly 13.To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
