JOB DESCRIPTION: Greet patients with a positive and helpful attitude. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material Reply patient’s enquiries via WhatsApp/Telegram/Email. Update and make an appointment for patients (Consultation, treatments etc.) Update appointment in google calendar and appointment book. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and email to patients or supplier etc. Resolve patient issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of patient’s satisfaction and quality service. Replenishment of medications and consumables as required. Other duties assigned by Manager from time to time. Must be a multi-tasking person. REQUIREMENT: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Professional attitude and appearance Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
