Accounting Tasks:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings.
General Support:
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account cum Admin. The ideal candidate will handle a mix of accounting and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
