- Open job orders and closely follow up on shipment processes, providing timely updates to clients.
- Ensure shipments proceed smoothly by requesting required documents from clients or agents.
- Take responsibility for the job until completion and provide updates to clients on delivery or pick-up during public holidays or weekends.
- Education level at least Secondary level / SPM with minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline to motivate the team.
- Working hours: 9.00AM – 6.00 PM
- Work location: Sunsuria Forum, Setia Alam
- EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, and Medical Leave.
- Annual company travel trip.
