- Manage purchasing activities such as sourcing, price negotiation, price comparison, selecting, and managing suppliers from China to achieve competitive cost and quality.
- Oversee transportation from China to Malaysia, including FCL, LCL, consolidation, and haulage.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding unacceptable goods and determine preventive and corrective actions.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics.
- Inspect incoming stocks and verify stock availability to maintain adequate levels.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Required language: Mandarin (MUST).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Required skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
