Position Overview 职位概述

We are looking for passionate and dedicated **Early Childhood Teachers / Assistant Teachers** to work with toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years old. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone with experience, we welcome candidates who love working with children and are eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities 工作职责

- Support toddlers’ learning and development through play-based and age-appropriate activities.

通过游戏式和适龄的活动，支持幼儿的学习与发展。

- Provide loving care and ensure toddlers’ safety, including assisting with meals, diapering, and napping.

提供关爱的日常护理，确保幼儿的安全，包括协助进餐、更换尿布和监督午睡。

- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.

维护安全、有序的课堂环境，激发幼儿的探索和好奇心。

- Observe and document toddlers’ progress and milestones.

- Communicate with parents/guardians to share updates about their child’s well-being and development.

- Work closely with the team to plan and organize activities.

Requirements 任职要求

- Passion for supporting children’s learning, well-being, and development.

热爱支持儿童的学习、健康和发展。

- Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required for assistant teachers).

幼儿教育或相关领域的大专文凭或证书（助理教师职位可不要求）。

- Fresh graduates and those with little experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

- Basic knowledge of toddler development and willingness to learn teaching practices.

- Patience, love, and care for young children.

- Fluency in Mandarin and/or English (bilingual candidates preferred).

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
