- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
- Keep record of & renew company’s licenses (business trading license, PUKONSA, MPOB, etc)
- Keep record of & renew company’s vehicle road tax and insurance
- Handles work permit of foreign workers
- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee annual leave records
- Checking & doing payroll for sales every month (Final check by Vivi)
- Updates & maintain recording of sales data
- Maintain office supply inventories & coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
