  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
  • Keep record of & renew company’s licenses (business trading license, PUKONSA, MPOB, etc)
  • Keep record of & renew company’s vehicle road tax and insurance
  • Handles work permit of foreign workers
  • Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee annual leave records
  • Checking & doing payroll for sales every month (Final check by Vivi)
  • Updates & maintain recording of sales data
  • Maintain office supply inventories & coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
