- Assist the Area Manager in overseeing Service Points throughout the designated area.
- Analyze operational information and data to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Translate critical documents and meetings from English or Bahasa Malaysia to Mandarin effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as required.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve cross-departmental issues through collaborative efforts.
- Execute additional tasks and projects delegated by the Area Manager.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a personal assistant preferably in the courier or logistic industry.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Must possess a driver's license as may need to travel for work.
- Familiar with MS Office and Data Analysis.
- Willing to work 6 Days/ week.
