Our client a leading Consumer Electronic Company is looking for Product Marketing talents to join their regional team in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
• Manage the B&H portfolios within the SAG Group for Asia and Oceania Region.
• Develop the Business Plan and implement the required channel strategy and marketing plan to deliver on the business objectives.
• Control monthly PSI for assigned region and take responsibility for achievement of monthly PSI sales target, inventory and profit with NSCs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technologies and B&H products, the competitive situation and the market trends and dynamics.
• Develop pricing policy and implement and control the price with NSCs.
• Build the necessary marketing strategy to deliver long term sustainable growth and deliver on the business objectives.
• Participate in the creative process in the development of advertising and promotional initiatives together with CCG and NSCs.
• Work closely with NSCs and Factories to ensure effective merchandising planning for Asia and Oceania Market.
• Actively participate as a member of the marketing team working to improve overall team performance.
• Compliance with all company policies and the Code of Conduct.
Skills & Requirements:
• Equivalent to degree-level Marketing qualification.
• Product Management experience (Beauty/ Personal Care/ Aqua Products) is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High level of competence in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong Team Player.
