The role of marketing associate will work closely with the Marketing Head to develop strategies that engage both clients and candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about marketing, and has a passion to explore every aspect of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Support the creation and scheduling of posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring content is aligned with the company’s goals and brand voice.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to support campaign strategies, including competitor analysis, trends, and audience insights.
• Brand Awareness: Assist with initiatives to enhance brand awareness in the APAC region, including partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
• Reporting and Analytics: Help track the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: A fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and its usage in marketing.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
• Eager to take up new tasks and challenges
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
