  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to join our dynamic E-commerce team as an intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, develop a deep understanding of online retail, and contribute to growing our brand.

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and company website).
  • Support the team in the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, including tracking sales, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
  • Assist with inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
  • Help optimize the customer experience on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for improving product visibility and sales on online platforms.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce or related course.
  • Last semester student with at least 3 months internship
  • Passionate about e-commerce, digital sales, and the online retail industry.
  • Detail-oriented and structured in work approach.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and self-driven in completing tasks.
  • Confident in communicating and collaborating within a team.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
