Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to promote the café and attract customers.
- • Help organize events, promotions, and campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
- • Manage and create content for social media platforms to boost brand awareness.
- • Design and create in-store promotional materials and POP (Point of Purchase) displays.
- • Support in planning sales incentives and seasonal offers.
- • Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- • Knowledgeable in Canva design of social media, in house , event and etc..
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Above average desktop computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible, mature and Independent
- Result and solution oriented
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Able to independently carry task given.
- Self-motivated, possess good personality and communication skills.
- Work well both independently and as part of team and able to work under pressure.
