  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development and Enhancement

  • Collaborate with the development team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.

Product Launch and Marketing

  • Assist in formulating strategies for product growth and marketing, including product descriptions, user manuals, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve the product offering.

Product Management

  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and growth.
  • Develop product positioning strategies informed by research and market insights.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met and create action plans for improvement if needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze product performance data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize product strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in product management within the ICT, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and solution development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
