Position Overview: As a Administrative Assistant, you will responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of an organization, department, or team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities while supporting management and staff in achieving business objective. Key Responsibilities: • To review current Administration procedures and processes and provide recommendation for improvement. • To greet and deal with all initial inquiries • To answer telephone inquiries, to provide accurate and relevant information. • To photocopy a range of materials as required. • To carry out document filing, maintenance and retrieval • To manage and prioritize workload and able to meet conflicting deadlines • To provide support to other departments as and when necessary • To record and maintain accurate information and all paperwork is correctly processed and recorded Qualifications & Requirements: • Possess not less than an SPM in any field. • Preferred 1-year experiences administrative assistant or in a similar role. • Understanding of office procedures and general administrative requirements. • Ability to use office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine and others. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work effectively in consultative and team environment. • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and writing. • Excellent organisation and administrative skills with accuracy and attention to details. • Discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues. • Computer literate. • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
